All foundations and frames of  the property are made of solid reinforced concrete as per the latest building specifications

All floors and verandahs are tiled with all thresholds in marble.

All external doors and windows will be of a double glazed aluminium system with inbuilt pull down mosquito screen.  A choice of colours is available.

The electrical system consists of all sockets, switches, basic light fittings, tv aerial and telephone points.

Fully fitted white bathroom suite consisting of toilet, basin and the choice of bath or shower.

A choice of floor and wall tiles.

Fully fitted kitchen ordered to your choice from a wide range of designs.  As standard the kitchen offers sink, taps, fitted oven and hob.

All internal and external walls are painted in a neutral cream.
